MOM'S POTATO SALAD 
4 strips cubed bacon
1 tsp. diced onion
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. cooked, cubed potato
1/2 c. diced celery
2 hard cooked eggs

1. Cook diced potatoes until tender. Drain and chill well.

2. Brown bacon cubes. When crisp add onion to hot bacon fat.

3. Pour over the potatoes and celery. Add diced cooked eggs or use eggs as garnish.

4. Add salt, pepper and fold in with the Miracle Whip.
