5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard (mixed in vinegar)
2 c. cream (sweet or sour)

Beat well. Set in pan of water and cook until nice and smooth. Use on potato salad. Add onions and boiled eggs.
