2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Pinch of salt
3 eggs

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Mix vinegar and water and slowly add to the beaten eggs. Season with salt and slowly add to sugar mixture. Cook until thick.
