BREADED PORK BUTT SLICES | |
This is definitely company food! 8 slices pork butt, cut 1/2-inch 2 eggs 2 cups Italian bread crumbs Salt and pepper, to taste Beat eggs with small amount of water. First dip pork in egg mixture and then the bread crumbs. In electric fry pan with vegetable oil, brown on both sides at 325°F. Salt and pepper. Put them on a paper towel to drain. Transfer slices to an oven safe pan, cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake at 325°F degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.. |
