| APRICOT NECTAR CAKE | |

1 box yellow cake mix 2/3 c. oil 2/3 c. apricot nectar 4 eggs 1 tsp. lemon extract Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. While still warm baste cake with mixture of 2/3 cup apricot nectar and 4 tablespoons powdered sugar. Microwave this mixture for a minute or so. | |
