CHEDDAR APPLE BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
1 1/2 c. chopped, peeled apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine dry ingredients. Add combined eggs, milk and butter; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into well greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes, remove from pan. Makes 1 loaf.
