CHEESY APPLE NUT LOAF 
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped, unpeeled apples
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk and butter; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. (Batter will be thick.) Spoon into well greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes. This is great for a breakfast or brunch treat.
