PORK CHOP POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (24 oz.) bag frozen potato O'Brien, hash browns 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 c. French fried onions 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 6 pork chops 2 tbsp. oil Brown the pork chops in the oil. Empty the soup into a bowl and add milk and sour cream. Mix and add to this the potato O'Brien, half the cheese and half the onions. Mix and pour into an 8 x 12 inch pan. Put the browned chops on top. Cover and bake 90 minutes at 350 degrees. Then remove cover and sprinkle the rest of the onions and cheese on top and return to oven for 15 minutes for cheese to melt. |
