CHOW CHOW 
12 1/2 lb. green tomatoes
12 1/2 lb. green & red peppers
1/2 med. head cabbage, chopped
4 pods hot pepper
10 lg. onions, chopped
1/2 c. salt
8 c. sugar
3 pt. vinegar

Grind all vegetables together using fine blender blade. Boil ingredients for 2 hours. Seal in hot, sterilized jars. Yields 22 pints.
