ONE STEP LASAGNE 
1 1/2 c. water
2 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) box lasagne noodles
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
2 lbs. hamburger meat with 1 chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown hamburger meat and onion. Combine 1 1/2 cups water with spaghetti sauce in bowl. Cover bottom of 12"x9"x2" baking dish with 1 1/2 cups sauce. Arrange layer of uncooked noodles slightly overlapping, on top of sauce. Spread the ricotta and the Mozzarella over noodles. Add hamburger meat with onion. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan. Top with layer of noodles. Pour remaining sauce over, spreading evenly to cover edges of noodles. sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with heavy duty foil. Set on jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife goes easily through. Let stand, covered on rack 10 minutes.
