ONE STEP LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars meatless spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. uncooked lasagne noodles
2 c. ricotta cheese, drained
3 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (opt.)
1 tsp. salt

Cook beef in a 2 quart measuring cup or bowl on high for 5 minutes, stirring once. Drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water and salt, blending well.

Arrange 1/3 of sauce in 9 x 13 inch glass or ceramic baking dish. Cover with half of the noodles. Spread 1 cup ricotta over noodles. Sprinkle with 1 cup of Mozzarella. Repeat once and top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover with double thickness of plastic wrap. Cook on medium (50%) power for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese and cook on medium, 50% power until Mozzarella is melted, about 2 minutes.
