QUICK LASAGNA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar meatless spaghetti sauce 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles 1 tsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. salt 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese Brown meat in large skillet; drain well. Stir in next 5 ingredients; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles according to package directions using 1 teaspoon oil and salt; drain. Layer half of the noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, and meat sauce in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, then repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 servings. |
