QUICK LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
8 oz. lasagne, cooked and drained (I use 9 strips)
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven 400 degrees.

Brown beef, drain fat. Stir in soup mix, tomato sauce, water, garlic salt and seasoning. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

In 2 quart oblong dish alternate layers; noodles, meat sauce and cheese, ending with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until brown and bubbling. 6 to 8 servings.
