LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
2 (16 oz.) jar meatless sauce
2 c. lg. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Cook ground beef, garlic and onion in a heavy saucepan until beef is done. Add sauce, salt and seasoning and mix well. Simmer gently 15 minutes. Combine eggs and cottage cheese. Grease a 12 x 9 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch baking pan and arrange first layer of lasagna and then alternating layers of the remaining ingredients, ending with a top layer of the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
