ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
May use food processor-shredded on medium.

1 head of cabbage, shredded
5 green onions, cut fine
1 c. Mazola oil
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. butter
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. of top Ramen noodles (not the seasoning)
1/2 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
1 pkg. slivered almonds

First mix the cabbage and onions, then mix well the vinegar, Mazola, sugar, soy sauce and salt. Pour cabbage and refrigerate. Then saute (until light brown) the butter, noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds. Be sure to break up the noodles. Refrigerate the saute mixture until JUST before serving and then add to the cabbage mixture, NOT BEFORE.
