JOANN'S CHILI SAUCE 
2 qt. peeled ripe tomatoes, chopped up
2 chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. sugar (you might like a little more sugar)
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 onions, chopped
1 pimiento, chopped
3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine spices, sugar, salt, mustard and vinegar. Add remaining ingredients. Cook slowly, stirring often, for about 1 1/2 hours or until cooked to desired thickness. Pack in hot sterilized jars.
