BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. broccoli spears
1 pkg. cauliflower
1 can onion rings
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can sliced water chestnuts

Heat soup, stir in Cheez Whiz until melted. Chop thawed, uncooked broccoli and cauliflower; place in 9x13 inch dish. Put mushrooms and water chestnuts on top. Cover with soup mixture. Top with onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 10.
