AUNTIE RUTH'S BROCCOLI AND
CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE
 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower or 1 sm. box each
1 can onion rings
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper

Drain veggies well. Combine vegetable and soup. Add 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream and 1/2 can onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered. Take out and put rest of cheese and onion rings. Bake for 5 more minutes uncovered.
