YEAST REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. dry yeast

Heat milk, sugar and butter until butter and sugar are dissolved. Sift together 3 c. flour, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add dry yeast. Add to warm milk mixture. Beat all together well. Then add rest of flour and mix well. Refrigerate dough overnight in well greased bowl. Roll out dough while you divide in half. Brush with melted butter. Cut in size desired. Fold over half. Let rise until double, about 2 hrs. after placed in pan.

Bake at 450°F for 12 to 14 minutes.
