REFRIGERATOR YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water. Dissolve sugar and shortening in 1 cup boiling water; then cool. Beat in eggs and salt; then add yeast mixture. Add 3 cups flour and whip well (use wire whisk). Mix in 3 more cups flour. Refrigerate overnight. Roll and cut. Let rise 3 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes on a greased baking sheet.

Don't make too small to too thin.
