REFRIGERATOR YEAST ROLLS 
1 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 beaten eggs
3 pkg. yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. cold water
5 c. plain flour

Pour 1 cup boiling water over Crisco, sugar and salt, mix. Add 2 beaten eggs. Set aside to cool. Dissolve 3 packages yeast into the 1 cup lukewarm water. Add to cooled mix. Rinse out cup with 1/2 cup cold water and add to mix. Sift 5 cups plain flour, mix with above.

Leave in large bowl and let rise for several hours. Punch down and sprinkle with flour and knead a little. Cover with plate and put in refrigerator at least overnight.

The next day, you can make out rolls, cover with a towel. Let rise several hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush top with melted butter. You may leave dough in refrigerator for up to a week and make rolls at your convenience.
