MICHIGAN HAM LOAF 
2 lbs. veal or pork (have butcher grind)
1 lb. lean ham (have butcher grind)
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker or bread crumbs - combine crumbs and milk
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. horseradish
Chopped onion as desired

Mix all ingredients together and pack lightly in loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Drain off fat. Bake another 30 minutes, drain off fat. Mix together 1 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon prepared mustard, 1 teaspoon or more vinegar. Make a stiff paste and spread on top of loaf. It should stick to loaf (glaze). Bake 30 minutes and let set for a few minutes before slicing.
