HAM AND PORK LOAF 
2 lbs. ground ham
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs

Mix and make into a loaf. Bake in a 350 to 375 degrees oven until slightly brown (about 20 minutes). Then baste with the following syrup:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients for syrup, cook 5 minutes, baste loaf. Continue to bake loaf for about 2 hours.
