PORK & HAM LOAF 
2 lbs. ground pork
2 lbs. ground ham (use very lean meat)
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
1 c. milk

Mix together thoroughly. Use pan, 9 x 11 inches, 3 to 3 1/2 inches deep. Shape loaf leaving room at sides for basting. Also make imprints with fingers in meat so sauce can penetrate through for added flavor.

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Pour over loaf and baste occasionally. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
