MICROWAVE HAM LOAF 
3/4 lb. ground ham
3/4 lb. ground pork
1/3 c. ground onion
1/3 c. (dry) bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. (black) pepper

TOPPING:

1/4 c. (packed) brown sugar
4 tbsp. pineapple juice, divided
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Mix loaf ingredients together (thoroughly). Press into loaf pan, one for microwave. In one cup measure combine topping sugar, mustard and one tablespoon pineapple juice. Spread topping over loaf ingredients and then sprinkle on remaining pineapple juice.

Put pan in microwave, set on "high" for 5 minutes. Reduce power to "medium" (about 50%) and cook 25 to 30 minutes more - until loaf is firm. Turn periodically. Internal temperature of loaf should be 170 degrees. When done remove from oven, "tent" loosely with foil after (invert) put on serving plate. Leave in "tent" 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
