STUFFED SHELLS 
1 pkg. jumbo macaroni shells, approx. 18 shells, cooked according to directions, drain
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (mushroom flavor)
1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 container ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Brown meat, onion and garlic; pour off fat. Stir spaghetti sauce and oregano. In large bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and egg. Stuff shell with cheese mixture. In 13"x9" baking dish pour about half the sauce mixture; arrange stuffed shells in sauce. Top with remaining sauce; cover. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 35 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Bake 3 minutes longer. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
