WESLEY BIBLE CLASS GUMBO 
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 stick butter

Make a roux by melting butter and adding flour. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until flour turns a rich brown, about 15 minutes. 2 cloves minced garlic 2 bunches chopped green onions 1/2 chopped bell pepper

Add garlic and onions and celery and pepper to roux. Add 1 package sliced frozen okra. Saute until onions are clear. 1 sm. can tomato paste 3 beef bouillon cubes 3 c. water 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/8 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 or 2 bay leaves 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

Add to mixture and simmer about 30 minutes. Add: 1 can crabmeat 2 (12 oz.) jars oysters

Cook slowly 1 hour.
