HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
2 lg. cans evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 qt. milk
2 bags ice
2 c. ice cream salt

Beat eggs. Add sugar, beat, add milk. Rinse milk cans out with 1/2 can water each. Add vanilla. Fill rest of (1 gallon) churn with fresh milk, 2 bags ice and 2 cups ice cream salt; churn. Fruit may be used. If fresh fruit is used, peaches, strawberries, etc., mash with fork in 1/4 c. sugar. Add to above ingredients. No cooking!
