JEWISH APPLE CAKE | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. oil 1/4 c. orange juice 5-6 apples 1/8 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Peel and slice apples. Mix batter by hand. Grease and flour a tube pan. Put a layer of batter, a layer of apples, a sprinkling of sugar and cinnamon. Continue to layer until ingredients are all used. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
