BAKED SPINACH 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 pt. sour cream
1 env. dry onion soup mix
Bacon bits, optional

Cook spinach (use leaf spinach, not chopped), according to directions; drain until nearly dry. Toss with sour cream and onion mix. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bacon bits; bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 10.
