TEX MEX TURKEY BAKE 
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cold water
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (1 1/4 oz.)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach that has been squeezed dry
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onion
6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 egg lightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Bisquick and 1/2 cup water. Stir until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Cook turkey in non stick skillet until brown. Stir in dry taco mix and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Spoon mixture over dough. Combine spinach, ricotta cheese and onions. Spread over turkey mixture. Combine cheddar, sour cream and egg. Spoon evenly over spinach mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
