LEMON CHESS PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 stick melted butter
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon extract

Cream together sugar, flour and butter. Add buttermilk, eggs, and lemon extract and beat well. Pour into a deep 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
