CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
2 chicken breasts
1 sm. onion
1 can green chilies
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
10 slices cheese
1 pkg. nacho Doritos

Boil chicken until done. Saute 1 onion (chopped) and 1 can of green chilies. Add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 soup can of milk; simmer. Crush 1 package of nacho Doritos. Place 1/2 in baking dish alternating layers with chicken. Pour sauce over chicken and chips. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until bubbly. Sprinkle with grated cheese and melt.
