CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 boiled, deboned chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
Generous handful Doritos, crushed
1/2 lb. Cheddar or Colby cheese, grated

Mix chicken soup, green chilies, and onion. Heat on top of stove. In casserole dish, layer 1/2 of chicken, soup mixture, and Doritos. Repeat layer. Heat at 400 degrees until cheese begins to bubble.
