PORK CHOPS WITH WILD RICE 
6 thick pork chops
1/2 lb. wild rice, cooked
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 tsp. grated onion (or minced onion)
Pepper to taste

Place pork chops in pan and brown. Mix mushrooms, rice, soup, onion and seasoning together. Spoon mixture over each pork chop. Cover and bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour; then remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

Choose top loin chops, and trim off visible fat before and after cooking. Choose Campbell's Healthy Request soup to help decrease fat, cholesterol and sodium. Only one chop per person!
