MOCK ROCA 
3 oz. almonds or walnuts, coarsely chopped, about 3/4 c.
8 tbsp. butter (1 stick)
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits

Sprinkle nuts over well greased 9 inch pie plate. In a 2 quart heavy pan melt butter. Add sugar and bring to boil, stirring constantly, 7 minutes, until foamy and mixture tends to leave pan when stirred. Pour over nuts, smooth evenly. Top immediately with chocolate; let stand 30 seconds until chocolate starts to melt, smooth evenly. Freeze 20 minutes, or until chocolate is set. Cut in squares. Refrigerate leftovers.
