ROCA COOKIES 
Saltine crackers
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Chopped almonds

Line a 4-sided cookie sheet with foil. Butter well and line with saltine crackers. Boil 3 minutes 1 cup sugar and 1 cup butter. Pour over saltines. Bake 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. When they start to melt, spread evenly. Sprinkle on chopped almonds. Refrigerate until set and cut or break in pieces.
