24 soda crackers/or waverly wafers
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
2/3 c. nuts, chopped

Place 24 soda crackers on a lined cookie sheet. Cook 1/2 cup butter, and 1/2 cup brown sugar for 2 minutes. Pour over crackers. Make sure crackers are close together. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Spread 1 cup chocolate chips on top of crackers - smooth. Top with 2/3 cup chopped nuts. Cut while still warm. Easy!
