MARY'S POTATO SALAD 
10 lbs. potatoes
14 eggs, hard-boiled
1 med. stalk celery
1 lg. green pepper
1 c. Marzetti Slaw dressing
Hellman's mayonnaise

Peel potatoes before cooking. When cooked, while still hot, take a fork and break into small pieces. Saves a lot of time the next day when making the salad. Add to the potatoes 12 cooked eggs, cut into small pieces. Add the celery and green pepper (diced). Add the slaw dressing and enough mayonnaise to suit your taste. Slice remaining eggs on top and sprinkle with paprika.
