BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 c. Brownberry seasoned croutons
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. Half and Half
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 lb. bacon and-or sausage

8 x 8 inch buttered pan. Place croutons in pan and scatter cheese over; beat eggs, Half and Half and seasonings, and pour over croutons; sprinkle bacon-sausage over top, and refrigerate OVERNIGHT. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes. This is great DOUBLED for a crowd.
