CHEESECAKE 
1 (16 oz.) bag vanilla wafers
3 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese at room temperature
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar

TOPPING:

1 (16 oz.) container sour cream

Grease springform pan with butter. Crush vanilla wafers. Dust sides of pan with crumbs, putting remaining crumbs on bottom of pan. Beat together cream cheese, eggs, and sugar for 4 minutes.

Pour in prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 45-50 minutes or until middle is set. Remove from oven and top with sour cream and sugar mixture. Bake 5 more minutes. Remove and chill for at least 3 hours. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
