SANDY'S CHEESECAKE | |
CRUST: 17 double graham crackers, crushed 1/4 lb. of butter, melted Blend with a fork and pack onto the bottom and half way up the sides of a spring form pan. BOTTOM LAYER: 12 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Blend ingredients in a mixer or blender and pour into crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for 20 minutes. TOP LAYER: 8 oz. sour cream 3 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Blend by hand. Pour over bottom layer after it's cooled for 20 minutes. Bake for 10 minutes or until it has set in center (depends on your oven). Remove from oven and place in refrigerator. MUST BE REFRIGERATED AT LEAST 5 HOURS BEFORE SERVING. Slice, eat, enjoy. |
