CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 (2 layer) pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 tbsp. oil
4 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
9 oz. whipped topping

Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix. In a large bowl, mix remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil. Press into bottom of 9x13 inch pan.

Blend cheese and sugar. Add the 3 eggs and reserved cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Blend in milk slowly. Add vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 55-60 minutes.

When cool, spread with whipped topping. Keep refrigerated.
