CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
Cut up cabbage and partially cook in 1/2 cup water and a little salt and sugar. In casserole dish, layer cabbage, then a few Zesta crackers, then a little Velveeta cheese. Repeat layers. Push down with fingers or a spoon and nearly cover with milk. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
