ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen Ore-Ida hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. crushed Town House crackers
1/4 c. melted butter

Thaw potatoes for 1 1/2 hours. Mix with next 7 ingredients. Mix crushed crackers with 1/4 cup butter. Put into 9x13 inch pan and top with cracker crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
