SPICED PEAR SALAD 
1 pkg. sugar-free Jello gelatin, cherry flavor
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can unsweetened pears, drained & diced (about 2/3 cup), or 1 sm. fresh pear, diced (about 2/3 cup)

Combine gelatin, ginger and cinnamon. Add boiling water; stir to dissolve. Add ice cubes. Stir until gelatin starts to thicken, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Fold in pears. Pour into individual plastic containers or serving dishes. Chill until firm. If desired, garnish with D-ZERTA reduced calorie whipped topping or low-fat cottage cheese, according to diet restrictions. Makes about 2 cups or 4 (1/2 cup) servings. (20 calories)
