PIE CRUST FOR FRIED PIES 
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 scant c. Crisco
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
Water to make 1 cup

Cut Crisco and flour with salt together or blend with pastry blender. Beat egg and vinegar together in cup. Fill with water to make 1 cup. Add to dry ingredients. If dough is not moist enough add water by 1 tablespoon at a time.
