MOLDED GELATIN SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
Dash of salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened, NOT FIRM. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into slightly oiled molds or large baking dish. Let set until firm. Serves 20 to 30.
