1 box chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
24 lg. marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) pkg. coconut
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 stick butter

Mix cake mix as directed on box. Add 1 stick melted butter. Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes in cookie sheet - large pan. Mix next 4 ingredients. Melt over medium low heat. Spread over cool cake. Melt chocolate chips and butter and spread on top of coconut mixture. Refrigerate.
