PETER PAUL MOUNDS CAKE 
CAKE:

1 box chocolate or fudge cake mix

Bake as directed and split layers.

FILLING:

14 oz. coconut (frozen)
16 marshmallows
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar

Mix milk, sugar and marshmallows and melt. Stir until sugar is dissolved and marshmallows melted. Remove from heat and stir in coconut.

Place this mixture between each split layer and on top.

ICING:

4 squares chocolate (4 tbsp.)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. water
Salt (sprinkle)
1/4 c. butter

Melt chocolate and sugar; add salt, water, and butter. Simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add: 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Place on top and sides of cake.
